Your account has not been set-up correctly - which is why you are not seeing any content. Currently, you are marked as not being eligible for the Kohler brand, which is definitely an error. We will work to get this fixed with Kohler's Corporate team. 

However, in the meantime, please do not submit any sales. The reason I am asking you to not submit sales is due to the eligibility issue. Since you are not eligible for Kohler, you won't receive points. I want to make sure your account is credited correctly. So, please await to submit sales when I confirm that your account has been fixed.
