Thank you for contacting BOLD Rewards! Your account was locked based on the last data feed from Salesforce where your profile came through as BOLD Rewards = No. Please contact your Kohler Sales Executive and ask them to ensure you are properly entered into Kohler's Salesforce system with the following attributes:
1) Each Consultant Record is checked off for 'BOLD Rewards'
2) The consultant is connected to only one eligible showroom BP#, and old showroom BP connections have been archived.
2a) If the issue is the showroom, navigate to the 'Account' page and click on the number(s) under 'Additional Retail Information'. From there, click on the pencil icon to check the box next to 'BOLD Rewards'. This will ensure everyone under the showroom is eligible
